Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that offer targeted support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with a master’s or doctorate.

• A strong grounding in mental health counseling achieved through both education and experience, particularly a minimum of two years in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and collaborating with the treatment team.
