Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients in both virtual and community settings, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Participate as an active team member, collaborating on treatment plans and contributing to group-focused initiatives.

• Provide evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored care plans.
\n
• Conduct crisis intervention and support clients through challenging situations, employing effective crisis management techniques.

• Create integrated care plans that facilitate access to linked services, ensuring seamless communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Monitor and document client progress, treatment services, and adherence to discharge criteria, ensuring timely report completion.

• Participate in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and driving organizational excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Oak Leaf Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with clients facing severe mental health challenges, including adults and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role requires a strong commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of individuals living in under-served communities, ensuring equitable access to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oak Leaf Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
