Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, including thorough assessments and therapeutic interventions.

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure common clinical goals are met through effective communication and joint problem-solving strategies.

  Build rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally competent practices to address their unique needs.

  Adhere to the ethical and professional standards set forth by clinical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and respect at all times.

  Conduct comprehensive screenings and facilitate appropriate assessments, tailoring interventions based on client needs and evidence-based practices.

  Develop individualized care plans that incorporate linkages to community resources, and ensure continuous monitoring of client progress through regular follow-ups.

  Assist with crisis interventions, providing immediate support and solutions to clients in acute distress or emergencies.

  Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on empowering clients to achieve their treatment goals.

  Oversee the case management process, from admission through discharge, ensuring clients receive timely and effective treatment.

  Participate in agency quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights and experiences to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals with complex mental health needs, including but not limited to, those coping with severe emotional disturbances and major mental illnesses. You will engage with the community through both telehealth and in-person sessions, ensuring that underserved populations receive the support and care they rightfully deserve.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  Current licensure as a LCSW in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

  A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, with demonstrable skills in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis intervention.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
