Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong support system from our clinical director and colleagues. Our outpatient office is equipped with state-of-the-art virtual tools to facilitate effective remote therapy, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches based on the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to design and implement innovative therapeutic programs, ensuring they align with best practices and the latest evidence-based approaches.
• Participate in credentialing processes as well as interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and enhance treatment strategies.
• Utilize approved systems to monitor, document, and evaluate treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Engage in continuous feedback loops from client outcomes to refine therapeutic techniques, enhancing overall patient care.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to the wider goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relational problems, and trauma. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to share their experiences, navigate their challenges, and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.
• An active LPCC license in good standing with the relevant state board.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and interpersonal therapy.
• A strong commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring seamless care delivery focused on client well-being.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competency in therapeutic settings.
• Prior experience in virtual therapy delivery and proficiency with telehealth technology.
• Engagement in professional development activities related to counseling practices and patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
