This position offers a fully remote work environment with flexible hours to support work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and therapeutic group sessions, helping clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care for clients, discussing case strategies and sharing insights about effective interventions.

• Remain current with professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to advance clinical skills and keep abreast of emerging mental health trends.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in service delivery and patient care practices to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to work with individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with the capacity to build rapport swiftly and effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide support to help you adapt to our clinical documentation methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
