Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with California state laws and insurance regulations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and support for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and staff training, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards, respecting client confidentiality in all aspects of treatment and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at The Still Point, you will engage with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Our practice is dedicated to inclusivity; therefore, you will be expected to work effectively with various populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients. Each client's unique journey will be honored through personalized, culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing with the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required. Associate-level applicants may be considered under specific circumstances.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective clinical care.
\n
• Comfortable working with electronic medical record systems and virtual therapy platforms, such as SimplePractice and Zoom.

• Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Farsi.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health settings or group practice environments is beneficial but not required.

• Demonstrated success in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with various presenting issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Still Point offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
