Relate Therapy, LLC is excited to announce an opening for the role of Mental Health Associate Therapist, specifically an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist. This full-time position is primarily remote and focuses on delivering outpatient mental health services through telehealth platforms. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will be part of a committed team dedicated to enhancing the emotional well-being of clients in Palmdale, California and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy and facilitate group sessions focused on addressing emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation that reflects treatment interventions and progress, adhering to state regulatory and agency standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory; however, a Master’s degree is preferred and may provide an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and exhibit strong organizational skills essential for the delivery of quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
