Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute telehealth counseling sessions, offering personalized support to clients dealing with various emotional challenges.

• Assess clients’ needs and develop tailored strategies to address issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and overall life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing and achieving their personal and professional goals, whether related to relationships, career advancement, or personal growth.

• Collaboratively engage with the internal clinical team to share insights and propose enhancements to our counseling programs and telehealth platform.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
