Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment strategies.

• Facilitate weekly teletherapy sessions for individual clients, leveraging ethical and evidence-based practices through secure video and phone conferencing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create cohesive treatment plans and share crucial patient insights.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for each client's treatment progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

The patients served by Flourish Together, LLC encompass a diverse range of demographics presenting with various mental health concerns. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues among others. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating therapeutic interventions that nurture resilience and promote mental wellness, contributing positively to clients' overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A strong attention to detail, particularly regarding clinical documentation and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
