Work Environment\n

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while utilizing our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system for all documentation and patient management. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of flexibility required based on patient needs. Our office is equipped with collaborative technology to facilitate communication and case consultations among team members ensuring a seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups focused on common mental health issues, fostering community connection among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychologists, leveraging a multidisciplinary approach to deliver comprehensive care and support for each patient's journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
