Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify each client's treatment needs and therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions, employing techniques that resonate with clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Handle crisis situations with a professional demeanor, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer-supervision, staying current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• An active clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD, is required to practice at our facility.

• Ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage a caseload effectively and ensure timely follow-ups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
