Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health status and needs, utilizing structured methods and clinical judgment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are strategically aimed at achieving the specific goals of each client, ensuring that interventions are both evidence-based and tailored.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to enhance client engagement and foster positive change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility as a mental health therapist will be to work with a demographic of adult clients who are stable and categorized as low-acuity. This means you will focus on therapeutic interventions that can lead to increased well-being and stability, allowing clients to explore deeper issues in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
