Join our healthcare partner as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care. Your role will be crucial in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions
• Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Report treatment outcomes and provide consultations to patients and their families
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participate in patient care conferences and required meetings
• Work with the supervising Occupational Therapist to obtain necessary DME or supplies
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
• Adhere to NBCOT/AOTA and State Required practice acts and ethics

Requirements:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• LTC or Rehab Experience required
• Active COTA license
