Looking for a poised and intelligent individual to oversee the front desk of this satellite office of a prestigious global hedge fund. Exciting opportunity to work at one of the world's most successful private investment firms.

- Seeking a poised and polished presence to greet visitors, provide administrative support and create order and elevated workspace.
Reception/Office Management tasks:
- Greeting guests
- Answering calls
- Help set up for meetings
- Will be sitting at the front desk
- Organizing the office- kitchens, supply cabinets, etc
- Stocking supplies
- Receiving deliveries
onsite: Monday Friday
Hours: 7:30am 5pm
Compensation: $60k-90k + fully covered benefits
