Key Responsibilities of the RN - Charge CVOR

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the CVOR
• Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure the readiness of the operating room for various cardiovascular procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR
• Provide direct patient care in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems such as Meditech/CPN
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements of the RN - Charge CVOR

• Minimum 1-year current hospital CVOR RN experience
• Active KS RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Charge CVOR RN experience
• Preferred experience: PALS, open heart, cardiovascular procedures, and prior Meditech experience
