Registered Nurse Physician Care

US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Registered Nurse to join our team at Heartland Cardiology in Wichita, KS,
Responsibilities

Conducts patient assessments including physical exams and health histories.
Administers medications and vaccinations.
Monitors chronic conditions and provides management strategies.
Educates patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Coordinates with physicians to deliver integrated care.
Maintains accurate patient records and charts.
Follows up on patient test results and referrals.
Manages acute health episodes.
Provides counseling and support to patients and families.
Advocates for patients' health needs.
Implements infection control protocols.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
Minimum Qualifications
A degree from an accredited Nursing program with a current unrestricted State Nursing (RN) license.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
CLIA II Waived Analyzers certification.
Experience in a clinical setting.
