Responsibilities Provides guidance and daily supervision to Finance department staff Supports operational goals and monitors performance and profit objectives Coordinates scheduling with attention to deadlines and communicates concerns to management Supports compliance with departmental budgets Performs revenue auditor duties as needed Monitors revenue activity compliance through exception processes and ensures proper documentation Executes audit procedures, makes necessary corrections, and collaborates with internal and external auditors Completes journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and generates revenue reports and statistical analyses Maintains and updates financial spreadsheets regularly Ensures regulatory compliance and reports potential issues to management Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Associate or Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred Minimum of two years experience in revenue audit or similar accounting functions Supervisory experience preferred but not required Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
