About this Role As a Service Representative, you’ll go beyond answering questions to provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in customers’ lives. You’ll guide policyholders through coverage needs, address billing inquiries, and educate them on policy options, becoming a trusted partner in delivering world‑class service. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, addressing billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of GEICO’s insurance products to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for cross‑selling or up‑selling. Make a real difference by resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction. Workplace Flexibility After completing a comprehensive 6-month in‑office training and orientation, transition to a hybrid work model: 80% of your time in the office and 20% working remotely. Incentives and Recognition Starting salary: $24.50 per hour ($49,367 annually) to $29.51 per hour ($59,463 annually). Evening shift differential: +10% pay differential for eligible shifts. Weekend shift differential: +20% pay differential for eligible shifts. Qualifications Education High School Diploma required, College degree (2‑4 year) preferred. Experience Up to 3 years of prior relevant customer‑facing and/or service experience. Skills A passion for outstanding customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic environment. Ability to prioritize and multi‑task while navigating multiple business applications. Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience managing or supporting multi‑line product portfolios is preferred.
