A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday Business Analyst

Must have Skills - Workday HCM Core and Compensation, Aerospace/Defense or Large Manufacturing Domain

Primary Skill Required for the Role:

• Strong experience Workday HCM Core and Compensation
• Experience with Aerospace/Defense or Large Manufacturing Domain

Details:

• Demonstrated strong experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM Core and Compensation
• Strong skills in Workday business processes, security configuration, reporting, calculated fields, eligibility and condition rules, and EIBs, with the ability to design and implement scalable configuration changes
• Proven ability to troubleshoot cross module issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve configuration defects that affect payroll outcomes
• Understanding of how HCM Core and Compensation configuration drives downstream payroll results, with the ability to assess payroll impacts for configuration changes
• Experience with Aerospace/Defense or Large Manufacturing Domain

Pay Range*: $75/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
