In this role, you'll guide and mentor other providers, ensuring clinical excellence while running a thriving outpatient practice focused on interventional psychiatry.Think: leadership with heart, growth with intention, and care that truly makes a difference.Why You'll Love Working at Serenity:Get paid what you're worth — $500,000+ per yearFlexible clinical schedule90% of Medical, Dental & Vision premiums covered—for you and your dependents401k Retirement Plan20 PTO days & 10 Major Holidays OffCME AllowanceWhat You'll Be Doing:This role will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of SerenityMaintain outpatient clinical practice with treatment options like non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), Ketamine infusions, and diligent medication managementManagement of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in your regionImplement company onboarding and training policies for providersInvolvement in interviewing and selection of providersLead and mentor medical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environmentOversee clinical operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practicesDevelop and implement strategic plans for the region, aligning with organizational goalsManage budgets for the region, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocationImplement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures across the regionCommunicate effectively with physicians, staff, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standardsAnalyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvementWhat You Need:Board certified by American Board of Psychiatry and NeurologyLicensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic locationExperience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS2+ years of demonstratable leadership experienceUnencumbered DEA / Clean criminal backgroundMust be a United States Citizen or hold a Green CardSome travel requiredWho We Are: Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
