Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist and support student success in vibrant school settings this upcoming fall. Three positions are available across PreK and Middle School environments, offering you the chance to work onsite in a collaborative atmosphere with dedicated educators. Each assignment features a clear start and end date, and a consistent full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.

Skills and Experience Desired:

• Active Connecticut SLP-CCC license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of age groups (PreK through Middle School)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and IEP documentation
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in PreK or Middle School, depending on assignment
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to foster supportive learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and learning opportunities
