Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Connecticut SLP-CCC license (required)
• Proven background delivering speech-language services in school settings (PreK through middle school preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that support students’ educational progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other specialists to integrate therapy goals within the curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input to educational teams
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and educators to ensure cohesive support for each student
