Senior Corporate Accountant

Senior Accountant | North Dallas, TX (Hybrid, 4/1) | Salary Range: $90,000-110,000 + Bonus Seeking a Senior Accountant for a private equity-backed infrastructure platform in North Dallas, Texas. This role supports monthly close, financial reporting, and reconciliations for a fast-growing, multi-entity organization on a lean, high-visibility accounting team. The ideal candidate holds 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or consolidation environment. Strong GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency are key. Responsibilities Support monthly close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, and maintain GAAP-compliant general ledger entries. Support consolidated financial statement preparation and the company's monthly consolidated close process. Prepare monthly cash flow statements and support AP processing and vendor reconciliations. Assist with the annual audit and help document internal controls under SOX-like standards. Deliver timely reporting to banking and equity partners, and support internal and external reporting accuracy. Support ad hoc projects and cross-departmental initiatives as needed. Client Requirements CPA-track preferred. 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience, multi-entity or consolidation exposure a plus. Strong GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and Excel/ERP proficiency.
