Occupational Therapist Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, Cardiovascular
• Experience with Epic (Cerner is a plus)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
• Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Assess patient needs and develop individual treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
