Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the human resources department. This role is instrumental in maintaining organized employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.

JOB DUTIES:

Recruitment Support: Post job openings, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate orientation sessions, process new hire paperwork, and assist with the logistics of employee exits. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee files within the HRIS. Compliance and Auditing: Assist with internal audits and ensure all documentation (I-9s, background checks, certifications, DMV Reports) complies with state and federal regulations. Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for general employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures. Administrative Support: Provide support for company-wide initiatives or training sessions, prepare HR reports, assist with Open Enrollment. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of Human Resources experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams. 8.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

In the course of performing this job, the incumbent must be able lift to 40 pounds. Will also require bending, stooping, filing, frequent sitting, twisting, typing, talking, hearing and repetitive motions. Occasional traveling, driving, walking, standing, grasping, pulling, pushing, and reaching.
