Job Overview:

The Senior Product Manager will report to the Digital Product Manager in the Vice President of Product Development and Fulfillment's vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing new development and enhancements for web and mobile applications and for the full lifecycle management of their areas. Responsibilities include digital engagement for our cause-based initiatives and may include other areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ideation and strategy to execution and optimization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver seamless and innovative digital experiences that meet our users' needs and drive business growth. This position interacts often with company executives.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy and vision
• Manage product roadmaps
• Be aware of competitive market analysis including feature comparison charts, competitive pricing recommendations, and cost implications.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure success
• Identify and execute incremental product line enhancements
• Ensure the best user experience is achieved through research, testing and experimentation in collaboration with internal user advocates
• Engage key stakeholders including executives, suppliers, customers and other internal verticals
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Take on the role of a project manager or team leader as required to deliver new products and enhancements.

 

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Alignment with and passion for Patriot Mobile's causes.
• Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile.
• Knowledgeable about mobility technology and telecommunications industry.
• Be adept at collaboration and planning within product teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have ability to travel up to 10% of time

 

 

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager preferred.
• Previous experience in the cellular mobility industry preferred.
• Product Management certification or experience a plus. (Pragmatic Marketing a plus)
• Project management or agile methodology certification a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data base management

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in an office full-time.
