Compañía: Eastern America Insurance Agency Descripción general del puesto: Recopila, registra y mantiene documentación de pagos siguiendo las prácticas, políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía. Asiste y ofrece servicio a clientes y productores relacionado al proceso de cobros y pagos de pólizas de seguro. Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales: Asiste a los clientes y/o productores en el recibo de pagos de pólizas de todas las compañías del Grupo Corporativo mediante efectivo, ATH, tarjeta de crédito, cheques o giros. Emite recibos a clientes de pagos recibidos en efectivo. Verifica e identifica en sistema el tipo de pago y canaliza con la compañía correspondiente, según corresponda. Realiza cuadre del dinero en efectivo recibido diariamente y/o de los pagos registrados en el sistema de póliza. Registra los pagos recibidos en Payment Registry. Prepara un cuadre diario de los pagos procesados en los terminales con tarjetas de crédito. Recibo y manejo de licencias de Seguro Obligatorio. Según solicitado, prepara cartas y certificaciones de pago asegurándose que cumplan con los procesos establecidos. Prepara, envía y emite vouchers de Seguro de Responsabilidad Obligatorio y certificado de seguros. Atiende y canaliza de forma apropiada solicitudes de clientes y productores recibidas a través de teléfono, correo electrónico o en persona. Cumple con los procedimientos operacionales estándar (SOP) y se asegura que los procesos se llevan según planificados. Realiza funciones administrativas y clericales tales como; fotocopiar documentos, crear y mantener un sistema de archivo de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos, extraer y archivar documentos físicos y electrónicos. Participa de tareas y/o proyectos especiales, según solicitado. Educación y/o experiencia: Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas de institución educativa acreditada. Un (1) año de experiencia en área de cobros, o combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente. Dominio de los programas Word, Excel y PowerPoint. Amplio conocimiento en el manejo de sistemas de computadora y manejo del teclado. Capacidad de manejar altos volúmenes de trabajo y cumplir fechas establecidas. Manejo de varias tareas simultáneamente estableciendo prioridades. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración con otros. Excelentes destrezas interpersonales, servicio y manejo de público. Licencias y/o certificaciones: No se requiere licencias y/o certificaciones para ejercer las funciones antes expuestas. Sin embargo, para la ejecución óptima de sus funciones se podría requerir licencias o certificaciones relacionadas al puesto. Conocimiento básico del idioma inglés.
