Physician (MD) - Urology

Job Details:

• Full time coverage starting September 7th, 2026 and ongoing
• Full time clinic coverage with 2-3 days of OR time per week (approximately 36 hours per week, with flexible days and times)
• 16 patient encounters per shift in clinic setting
• System call based out of Wausau, approximately 7-10 days per month, including one variable weekend, depending on Stevens Point commitment length
• May include 1-2 days per month outreach to Wisconsin Rapids

• General adult urology skills required
• Advanced endoscopic techniques preferred
• Laparoscopic surgeries preferred
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy preferred
• Ureteroscopy preferred
• Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit preferred
• Radical prostatectomy preferred
• Nephrectomy preferred
• Prostatectomy preferred
• Pelvic node dissection preferred
• Robotic surgery preferred, including partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound
• Adrenalectomy preferred
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy preferred
• TRUS biopsies preferred
• Fertility work-up preferred
• Incontinence procedures preferred
• Penile prosthesis preferred
• Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) preferred
• Renal transplant surgery preferred
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
