- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient Urology care
- Perform clinic evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits
- Conduct surgical procedures in the OR (2-3 days/week)
- Participate in system call, based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month)
- Support outreach efforts to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days/month)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
- Wisconsin medical license or be eligible for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- At least 2 years of clinical Urology experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work adaptable hours and handle a diverse case load
