SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

DutiesYou will create and promulgate policies and procedures; establishing policy and directing the technical and programmatic allocations of Department facilities.You will establish and direct department hiring policies for critical technical and engineering skills; establishing direction and policy for employee awards and recognition; leading Department awards and personnel.You will serve as single POC to coordinate with the NIWC Pacific Offices for Personnel Security, Legal, and the Inspector General to resolve ISR personnel issues.You will lead development of policy and directing Information Technology network resources; leading inter-departmental operations and resolving personnel issues; leading and overseeing allocation of resources and administrative processes.You will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of ISR topics and lead Center and external IPTs relevant to ISR systems and applications.
