This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: November 2, 2026 through March 1, 2027. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the Plover location (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM); Tuesday at the Portage location (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine

• Types of Cases: Occupational medicine evaluations and treatment, Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations, and DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience required.

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Systoc

• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification required at time of bid

• Licensure Required: Active Nurse Practitioner license (state licensure requirements not specified).
