As our Staffing Coordinator, you are the operational heartbeat matching the right caregiver to the right client and keeping daily care running smoothly. This is fast-paced, people-centered work with real impact every single day. What Youll Do
Match caregivers with client schedules
Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling
Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
Welcome and guide new caregivers
Assist nearby offices when needed
Help keep the care team informed and supported This is active coordination work not a passive desk role. Pay & Benefits
$14.50 $16.00/hour + performance bonuses
