Team Composition: - Join a team of 10 physicians (six interventional cardiologists, three non-interventional, and one electrophysiologist) - Supported by nine advanced practice providers

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an approved medical college Board Certification/Eligibility in Electrophysiology Michigan Medical License (MD/DO) upon hire DEA Registration in Michigan upon hire Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire (AHA or ARC accepted) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, based on patient population - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred, based on patient population
