Production Area Materials ManagerAs an essential business, Anomatic produces innovative and sustainable packaging for today's biggest brands. By leveraging over five decades of manufacturing expertise and employing an extensive technologies portfolio, we design, manufacture, and finish incomparable stock and customized solutions for numerous markets.This role is responsible for making sure that all production areas have the materials that they need, when they need them and, in the amount they need. Also responsible for keeping our inventory accurate by making inventory moves in the system and completing cycle counts as needed.Essential FunctionsMonitor and process workflow through operations:Initiating transfer orders.Verify all incoming parts are properly bar coded, tagged, and scanned to the correct location.Assist with inventory moves from plant to off-site warehouse locations.Stage stainless steel oil totes for production, draining recycled oil to be shipped and processed for reuse.Inventory AccuracyTrack movement of parts, including control lots, through all operations within the facility.Monitor accuracy of inventory moves in SyteLine from receiving, anodizing, assembly, and any hold or inspection materials.Staging or other warehouse materials ensure proper raw product is staged, and production lines are stocked with the current day's production needs.Research and resolve any/all negative inventory issues.Review and report any discrepancies to Logistics Manager.Assist with any other duties and projects as required by Plant or Warehouse Supervisor.Assist with all physical inventories on or offsite.QualificationsExperience with forklift and/or cherry pickerStrong basic math skillsExcellent communications skillsAbility to lift 30 lbs. or moreBasic computer skills and ability to fill out daily paperworkWarehouse experienceAbility to stand or walk for a lengthy amount of timeBenefitsCompetitive PayCareer GrowthHealth Coverage Starting Your First Day401K with Company Match, to help save for the futurePaid Time Off to Enjoy Family or HobbiesDailyPay, to get your money fasterTraining, to help hone skillsMany more!Anomatic takes pride in creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees and the communities in which they live.
