Front Desk Lead

Overview We’re looking for someone who genuinely likes people and cares about climbing. Not just someone to check people in — someone who wants to be part of what makes Grip a good place to be. This is our highest-hour part-time position. You’ll meet more of our members and day pass visitors than almost anyone else on the team. The way you welcome a first-timer, the name you remember, the quick conversation on the floor — that’s what keeps people coming back. Grip is growing, and we’re hiring with that in mind. For the right person this role has a real path to a full-time leadership position down the road. If you’re looking to build something in the climbing industry rather than just pick up shifts, we’d like to talk. Our members are regulars, our youth team competes and does well, and our events are something people actually look forward to. The person in this role is a big part of why that works. #J-18808-Ljbffr
