We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Parts Counter Specialist who takes pride in their work, knows their way around automotive parts, and loves helping people find the right solution. What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to expert at our parts counter — the person customers, technicians, and service advisors rely on. You’ll report directly to the Parts Manager. Day to day, you will: Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts, accessories, and upgrades Provide accurate, fast, and friendly service at the counter and over the phone Work closely with our service and sales teams to keep the dealership running smoothly Receive and process incoming inventory and keep the department clean and organized Handle pricing, merchandising, and stock management Manage multiple customers and requests in a busy, fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Required: Strong communication and customer service skills A sharp eye for detail and organization Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-first attitude Preferred (but not required): Experience at a dealership or retail parts counter Knowledge of OEM automotive parts or dealership DMS software If you don’t check every box but are driven and a fast learner, we’d still love to hear from you.
