Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity cardiology and medical-surgical nursing care to assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment and outcomes
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and discharge instructions

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in medical-surgical or cardiology nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-acuity cardiology setting
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry
