Your Role - What to Expect

• Evaluate test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to uphold high-quality standards.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for reliable testing.
• Record all processes comprehensively, help train new team members, and contribute to maintaining the utmost quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements for clinical laboratories.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Licensure and Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career with us.
