What You'll Do:
- Inspire & Educate: Confidently guide guests through our therapeutic services and skincare lines.
- Drive Growth: Meet monthly sales targets for memberships and gift cardshelping guests commit to their long-term health.
- Create Connections: Use your upbeat tone and "loyal/authentic" vibe to build lasting relationships with our members.
What You Bring:
- Sales Savvy: Previous retail or guest service experience is a must.
- Tech-Fluent: Quick to learn new systems and comfortable in a digital environment.
- Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills to turn a guest's conflict into a positive solution.
