CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator (Tier 2–3) to manage, support, and optimize our Microsoft cloud environment. This role is responsible for administration, security, troubleshooting escalations, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- Manage user accounts, licensing, and identity services via Azure AD / Entra ID
- Support and troubleshoot mail flow, collaboration, and security issues
- Implement and manage security features including MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender
- Configure and maintain Exchange Online policies, mailboxes, and retention policies
- Support hybrid environments integrated with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Perform migrations (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant)
- Monitor health service and recommend improvements
- Serve as Tier 2–3 escalation for Microsoft 365-related issues
