About the Role:
Earl J Weil & Son Inc is looking for skilled plumbing professionals to join their team in St. Clair Shores, MI! Whether you're an Experienced Apprentice, Licensed Journeyman, or Master Plumber, this is your opportunity to grow your career with a respected name in the plumbing industry.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and fixture installation
Ensure all work meets local, state, and industry code requirements
Collaborate with team members and contractors on job sites
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards
Requirements:
Active enrollment or completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program (for apprentice applicants)
Valid Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber license (for licensed applicants)
Hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
Knowledge of Michigan plumbing codes and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
