Senior Technical Architect

My client is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with expertise in wireless telecommunications Operational Support Systems (OSS).

Responsibilities include:

• Providing subject matter expertise related to the systems and processes supporting wireless telecommunications Operational Support Systems (OSS)
• Reviewing existing infrastructure to identify gaps and improvement options to remedy OSS risks and improve efficiency
• Providing client with a real-world view of multiple approaches to end-to-end processes, policies, and metrics to assure service reliability
• Supporting creation and delivery of a presentation of recommended improvements
• Identifying policies and procedures that support the company's vision and telecommunications industry best practices

Deliverables:

• Create a comprehensive list of recommendations for platforms, software tools, and techniques to close gaps within the existing systems
• Provide input to a list of recommendations for processes, metrics and policies to identify and correct service issues as quickly and proactively as possible
• Provide input into a plan to improve OSS performance
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of a presentation of the gap analysis and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or comparable industry experience
• 10+ years' experience in OSS
• Strong background in telecommunications wireless infrastructure, products, and services
• Experience building strong organizational partnerships with senior executives
• Excellent Communication skills

Location: Remote Ok

Duration: Through end of year with possibility of extension
