Job Summary Supports the Minnesota Vikings Foundation's mission of providing nutritious meals to youth throughout the Greater Twin Cities area. Works alongside the Executive Chef on the Vikings Table Food Truck, a key component of the Foundation's community outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute approximately 1,000 meals for community members in need. Support meal programs benefiting organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club and Ronald McDonald House. Assist the Executive Chef with food preparation, service, and operations on the Vikings Table Food Truck. Participate in food truck operations during all Minnesota Vikings home football games. Ensure food quality, safety, and efficient meal production to support large-scale community meal initiatives. Impact: Contributes to the delivery of healthy, nutritious meals while supporting the Foundation's efforts to address food insecurity across the Greater Twin Cities community. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor in a high-volume food service environment. Ability to prepare large quantities of food while maintaining quality and consistency. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines. Experience with catering, mobile food service, food trucks, or community meal programs preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support the Executive Chef. Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule with availability to work all Minnesota Vikings home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
