Assembler details: Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Pay rate: $22/hour Contract-to-hire opportunity Assembler responsibilities: Gather materials and components for production builds Assemble coils and other products using hand, pneumatic, and power tools Read blueprints and production drawings to ensure accurate assembly Move materials safely throughout the production area Perform quality inspections and maintain production standards Assembler requirements: High school diploma or GED Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area throughout the shift PeopleShare is the leading staffing agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
