Building Maintenance Technician

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our casino, hotel, and resort facilities safe, reliable, and guest-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties include basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs; responding to work orders and urgent calls; and completing routine inspections. You'll work closely with other departments, follow safety and tribal standards, and support a guest-first, team-oriented culture with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and guest areas Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Respond promptly to maintenance service requests to support guest satisfaction and operations Conduct routine inspections to identify safety or maintenance concerns Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in safe, organized condition Document work performed and update maintenance logs or work order systems Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and other teams to minimize downtime Follow all safety, tribal, and regulatory guidelines and procedures Required Skills HVAC maintenance Electrical troubleshooting Plumbing repair Carpentry Preventive maintenance Building systems monitoring Safety and OSHA compliance Use of hand and power tools Work order management Basic computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Construction Job Board USA
