Responsibilities:Assist with all real estate transactions from executed contract to closing
Review contracts and addenda for compliance, accuracy, and deadlines
Coordinate home inspections, appraisals, title work, CO Inspections, HOA resale packet, and mortgage payoffs
Serve as a point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys
Maintain organized digital transaction files and update CRM systems
Proactively troubleshoot issues and keep all parties informed
Calculate commissions & prepare invoices
Active New Jersey Real Estate License (preferred)
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Team-oriented with a flexible, positive attitude
Tech-savvy (experience with BrightMLS and Google Workspace preferred)
