Responsibilities:
- Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management
- Assist with short/long-term strategic planning
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with business development
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Project management duties
- Bachelor'sdegree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+years of experience in the consulting industry
- 3+years of experience of supervisory experience
- Experiencewith daily management/leadership
