Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our Miami team.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop their leadership, communication, organizational, and business management skills while gaining hands-on exposure to daily operations.

As a Trainee Leader, you will work closely with experienced team members and management to learn company processes, support team performance, assist with client-related activities, and gradually take on greater leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training focused on leadership and business operations.
• Support daily team activities and operational objectives.
• Assist with coordinating team priorities, assignments, and workflow.
• Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and team members.
• Help maintain high standards of service and performance.
• Learn company procedures, policies, and operational systems.
• Support managers with team organization and performance initiatives.
• Assist with problem-solving and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.

• Take on increasing levels of responsibility as training progresses.
