Patient Access & Front Desk Specialist

Kinston Community Health Center is seeking a Patient Service Representative to enter and verify confidential patient information, answer calls, register patients, schedule appointments, collect payments, and provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years in Medical Front Office; experience with MS Office and EHR is expected. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
