Assignment Overview

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients. The role requires flexibility to work every other weekend and to float as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tracheostomy care and management
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer telemetry monitoring

Qualifications

Required:

• 1 year of experience in a similar setting
• Valid Illinois RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Skills in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry, and tracheostomy care

Preferred:

• NIHSS certification
